AV Technical Services Ltd has transferred the responsibility for service and billing of Lounge Lizard customers to BeeBox Systems Ltd.
BeeBox Systems Ltd will now handle all aspects of your service and billing, ensuring continuity and support moving forward.
Who are BeeBox Systems?
BeeBox Systems supply music, signage and entertainment systems just like Lounge Lizard to over 500 independent pubs, bars, restaurants and leisure venues across the UK and the world.
What does this mean for me?
- Your Lounge Lizard system will continue to function as it did
- The price of any monthly subscription will not change
What will change?
- You will receive a monthly invoice from BeeBox Systems Ltd. instead of AV Technical Services Ltd.
- If you require support for your system, you will need to get in touch with BeeBox (see below).

What happens next?
A member of the BeeBox team will be in touch with you soon to confirm the details of your Lounge Lizard system and clarify who will take care of any additional equipment supplied by AV Technical Services.
